Refunds & Returns
This policy applies between you, the Customer and Black Foxes UK CIC, the seller and provider of the products and services purchased.
Black Foxes UK CIC takes our customer service standards very seriously.
This policy applies to all products purchased through this website or products and services provided to you in the course of our business with you.
Please read this policy carefully.
How do I Return an Item?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the item to us. We do ask, however, that you contact us before returning any item.
When you post your items back to us, please fill in and enclose the form attached. Detailing the item(s) being returned, quantity, reason for return and if you would prefer a refund or exchange (subject to stock).
As it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is returned to us, we also ask that you send proof of postage when you return it.

What Can be Returned?
Full Priced Items - You can return any full priced items purchased within 14 days for a full refund with a valid receipt.
Sale Items - You can return any sale items purchased, including know faulty items sold on sale due to this fault, within 14 days for a full refund with a valid receipt.
All items returned must be in an unused, unworn and undamaged condition, in the original packaging and with the original tags.
We do not provide refunds and free returns for unsuitable items. Items that have been used and become faulty after the purchase are not refundable.
Digital Downloads are not eligible for refund or return unless the item was faulty or not as advertised.
Faulty Items - You can return faulty items purchased within 30 days (except in circumstances where the item was purchased with a known fault) for a full refund, replacement or repair. If a fault is found with a product purchased after 30 days, please contact us.
In case the goods are found to be used, misused or damaged on return, we reserve the right to issue you partial refund for it.
If an error has occurred with us sending a faulty or incorrect item out, then we hold the right for the incorrect item to be sent back before we send the correct one out. We will refund standard postage in full in such cases, with proof of postage.
What Happens Next?
If you have asked for an exchange or replacement, we will inform you by email when the replacement item have been processed. If, for any reason we are out of stock of an item, you will be offered a refund.
If you have asked for a refund, we will refund your original payment method (i.e. Credit/Debit card or Stripe payment). Please allow up to 14 days for any refunds to appear in your account.
When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold.
How Long does it Take?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible; we will notify you by email once your return has been processed. During busy periods this could take up to 14 days from when we receive the goods.
